You can subscribe to updates via RSS by using any web-browser with RSS support: just open desired forum thread or forum and look for RSS channels:



You can subscribe to updates via e-mail by using "Subscribe to this forum command" available under "Forum tools" box:



You can also setup forum to automatically subscribe to all threads where you post reply - just to to your profile options:
