Failed attempt to send a mail

Hi,

I always get a message telling me that my mail was
send successfully, even though it wasn't. I think
the problem is in

function SendEmailMessage: Boolean;

it always returns true.

How do you send the email?
Do you use Email Client/SMTP Client or SMTP Server?

What's your Email Client.

Can you create and send to me a little source demo capable to reproduce
it, please?
