Readonly files

Hi Fabio,

In my company we have a lot of projects managed by Microsoft Visual Source
so without check out all project are read-only and I don't want to check
eurekalog for all projects.

My suggestion is to after install Eurekalog the default option for all
project is uncheck and when needed I'll checkout the project and check
Eurekalog.

You can change by yourself the EurekaLog Default options.

Close all projects, open the "Projects/EurekaLog Options..." menu and
reset the "Activate EurekaLog" option, after click on "OK" button.

That's all! :)
