View Full Version : View screenshot within log file viewer

I think it would be really cool to be able to view the attached screenshot within the log file viewer somewhere. This would save having to switch back to Outlook to open the screenshot and let you see all the relevant infomation in one place.

Yes, it's a really good suggestion, but how I can instruct the Viewer to

Yet another parameter to save screenshots with .elf file? In .elf directory or .elf/screenshots. Relative path to file can be saved in .elf somewhere.
But don't forget to delete them when not needed anymore (ie. save last X errors).

Couldn't the image be embedded inline in the XML file? I'm not sure
exactly how this works, but couldn't it be encoded like a MIME email
attachment?

Yes it's is possible.
I have added a new thread (named "Change log-file (.elf) file format to
XML") about this suggestion.
