Problem with D7 and EL 6.0.8

Hi,

I try to execute my Intraweb Standalone App with EurikaLog from IDE, but I
receive Access Violation message. When I disabled EL, everything works fine!
If I start my app without IDE, nothing happens - no error, no app.

Please, help :
