Duplicate ExceptionActionNotify events

In version 6.0.9 it appears that the ExceptionActionNotify event fires twice for each action. Is this by design? My prior version (5.0.6) did not function this way. Thanks.

Upon further testing it seems that the duplicate events only happen when raising an error with StandardEurekaError('General error!');

I have just found and fixed this issue in the last (just available) 6.0.10 RC 1 (http://www.eurekalog.com/login.php).
