I try your trial version. When a error raised in a dll file, my computer
disk is busy for a long time, after my disk stopped and application didn't
show a exception dialog. But if i start the dll file in delphi debug run
mode, the exception dialog show normal. Why?

It's really strange.
Can you reproduce this issue in a little source projects demo, please?

can't reproduce the problem. because in the application use many the 3rd
control. I think it was caused by the 3rd control.

If you want I can connect with your PC using the open-source UltraVNC
remote control tool (http://ultravnc.sf.net), so to can definitely check
the problem on your PC, ok?
If you want do the following points:
1)...download the binary version at:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ultravnc/UltraVnc-101-Setup.zip?download
2)...unzip it
3)...run the winvnc.exe server
4)...type a password (I must know it to can access to your PC)
5)...click on OK (the server will go in the tray-bar)
6)...tell me your IP and the choice password and I'll connect directly
with your PC (with chat service enabled).
If your PC is protected by router/firewall then you must open the 5900
port or set the winvnc to works with other your opened port.
I'm waiting for your feedback ASAP, ok? :)
