Hey guys
I have customized texts that appear when an access violation happens in my application. But sometimes when an AV occurs, the dialog that is shown is not the one I've created. It shows the default dialog instead of the dialog with my customized texts (and it does not include the "send email" option).
Another problem is that sometimes the email I get from eurekalog does not include the zip file that contains the screenshot and the .ELF file.
Do you guys know what is going on?

Hi,
really, really strange.
Are you able to create and send to me a little source demo able to reproduce your issue, please?

Hi Fabio
No .. I can't. I'm so sorry but it only happens in my application. To do so I'd have to send you the source code of my application. But I'll try to simulate that in another application.

Hi,
try to do this:
1)...Close all opened Delphi/CBuilder instances;
2)...Deinstall all installed EurekaLog versions;
3)...Remove all folders containing the ExceptionLog.* or ?ExceptionExpert.* files;
4)...download and install the last EurekaLog version;
5)...restart your PC.
I'm waiting to your feedback as soon as possible, ok? :)

Hey Fabio
I did what you told me to do, but no clue. If you want to, I can send my eurekalog options so you can test it.
Another problem I've found is that if I put a long text in "Exception Dialog (MS Classic Type) ... details message" the text is not shown entirely. It seems that eureka is cutting the text if it exceeds a predetermined limit.

Fabio
I was able to reproduce the problem. I've created an application that shows what is happening. How can I do to send it to you?

Ok .. here is the project. Note that if I delete the .elf, everything works fine.

Ok .. another information!!
You can reproduce the problem by simple enabling the option "Do not save duplicate errors". With this options selected, eureka only shows my custom dialog on the first error that ocurrs in my applcation. Turning this off will show my custom dialog on every exception.

Hi,
from your demo I can see only the standard "Do not save duplicate errors" behavior (at second exception raising do not send the bug hiding the sending options too).
This is normal.

Hi Fabio
OK .. that's the question. Why is it normal? Should not eureka show the texts I've translated at all the time? I'm sorry but I do not agree with this behaviour. How can I send an application to my customers without the translated texts?

Hi,
no I think "is normal" not send duplicate errors (with the "Do not send duplicate error" option enabled).
With your source demo I cannot reproduce the translate text issue.
How I can reproduce it? :(
