If you run EurekaLog viewer and position it on your secondary monitor, then switch to a different configuration in which your secondary monitor is in a different place (e.g. above rather than to the left of the primary monitor), when you now start the viewer it will open off-screen. As the viewer only offers a Restore/Minimise system button, you cannot do anything about it from the task bar. The solution I used was to change my display configuration, then I could move the viewer back onto the primary display. Editing EurekaLog_viewer.ini would doubtless also have provided a workaround.
