Send Dialog Options Not Displaying

Using fully registered 6.0.18 for Delphi 2006, I'm having a problem with the send dialog. Everything was working fine, then I switched the dialog type from MSClassic to EurekaLog (as well as modifiing a few other settings.) Everything was still OK, but then I switched back to MSClassic, and now when the dialog appears there are no options for sending the error report.

All the correct settings in EurekaLog Options are checked (Email Send Options are set, as well as 'Show the send dialog'). I've verified that every option is visually identical to another project that is still working correctly, but the send options never appear.

I've tried disabling and re-enabling EurekaLog for the project with no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Mike,

do you have just checked if is enabled the "Log-File/Do not save duplicate errors" option?

Thanks for the quick reply... unchecking that option worked!

I thought that option just kept the same error from being 'saved'... had no idea it would affect whether the user gets prompted to send it.
