Hi
I have a customer who uses an email client "incrediMailXe" from a company
incredimail.com.
When an error occurs and the user selects the button 'send email' nothing happens, can you please advise if there are any settings I may need to make this application work as all others do.
Thanks in advance

Phillip,
Have you considered using a web server with a bug tracking database like Mantis? It neatly works around all the hassles of Email delivery and firewall issues with your clients. Last it gives you a searchable database of all your bug reports, file attachments and bug-fix priorities. You can choose to give your customers access to the database or not. Developers can access the bug database using a web browser.
I set one up for my company using all free/open-source software after similar email headaches to yours.
I use an Apache web server with Mantis, MySQL and PHP - all free/open-source. EL has built-in Mantis compatibility.
I set up another similar system for my consulting side projects on a
spare PC at home. I use a freebie dynamic-dns service for that one,
since I don't have a static IP at home.
Since EL communicates with Mantis on port 80 using HTTP, it looks like a web browser session to firewalls. Very few firewalls block port 80, so this is a very good solution if you don't have control over your customers machines, their firewalls or the email clients they use.
If you really want email notification of bug reports, Mantis can be set
up to mail you when new EL bug reports come in or are modified by developers in your organization. I have both of my Mantis bug tracking systems set up to email me. Both systems manage multiple software projects.
This is really a no-brainer since all the software is free and you are already using EL. :-) Best regards,

EurekaLog uses standard MAPI interface to use e-mail client.
Probably, this e-mail client does not supports MAPI.
You should try other send methods.
