Enable/Disable EurekaLog w/ Command Line Switch

This has probably been ask before, but is it possible to enable/disable
EurekaLog via a command line switch?

You can use two different EurekaLog configuration file (one with
EurekaLog active and one without) using the --el_config command line option.
