6.5.1 does not send reports

Hello,

After upgrading from 6.5.0 beta 12 to 6.5.1 release (stable...) it does not send reports anymore. The sending options (checkboxes, etc) are just not there. Please fix this. 6.5.1 RC2 and 6.5.0 stable does not send either.

Would you, please, share a bit more details about the project, or even attach an example project? Is it a WinForms or a WPF?
The reason I'm asking the example project is I cannot reproduce the bug.

I observe this behavior in two versions of the same project. The first version is a pure WinForms app with quite a few assemblies. The second version includes a WPF assembly for some animation intense 2D graphics. This problem happened after a simple recompilation of the projects using 6.5.0 beta 12 to any more recent verion - 6.5.0 release, 6.5.1 RC1, or 6.5.1 release. No options, no project code has changed. The projects are huge, so I cannot send them as a test case.

The development environment is Vista 64 SP2, though inability to send reports remains on end-user systems as well. The projects intensively use DevExpress controls and compiled as .NET 3.5 32 bit code.

I just made a simple WinForms project, and it exhibits the same behavior - after recompiling from 6.5.0 beta 12 to 6.5.1 release the sending is not available anymore. I attach an archive with the project. You can probably first run its binary just to see the problem.

Rolling back to beta 12 gives back the sending.
