Fabio,
While I was testing EurkaLog, prior to purchase, you answered all my questions / issues in a timly manor. Right after I purchased it you have STOPPED relpying to any issues!! I have posted here 11 days ago and no reply I sent mail as a support ticket, ticket number JDW-959811 posted the 26th of Aug. I again have not recived even an ack that you have recived the error....
Is there something going on? Are you still there or have you given up? I have about 20 days left to get my money back from Plimus!

Any one else haveing this issue with EurekaLog or is it just me!

Hi Paul,

the .NET team simply just went in summer holiday (after one year of hard work).

Tomorrow we will restart the .NET support for another 350 days (other 15 days are for our future summer holidays - of course)!

That's all.

So don't worry about your issue it will be quickly solved as for all others!
