form create and form show events

i need an example showing an email being sent to me after an access violation occuring in the form create event and an access violation occuring in the form show event.

i can create an email when the program is running correctly.

i use delphi 6

You can find it as attached file.
If you have some compatibility problem using the "Project/EurekaLog Options.../Send/Use Email Client" option then try using the "Use SMTP Server" or "Use SMTP Client".
