VS 2008 Crash to Desktop

If I drop the Eurekalog component onto my project it immediately crash studio to the desktop. I know this is incredibly vaque but there's no crash log or anything - I have no idea how to provide you more information.

Well it would appear this is only happening on one of my projects. I am investigating. Luckily it's not a big deal if it doesn't work on it - I was mostly using it for testing.
