Closing Dialog

I press Alt+F4 in Send Message Dialog, but it send report instead canceling.

As far as I understand - you can not cancel sending process. There is no cancel button and closing dialog will not cancel sending. This is by design.

Sorry, may be I used incorrect words.

I press Alt+F4 in very-very first EL form (just after exception occured). It has "MS Classic" type.

It has "Send" and "not send" buttons.
In my mind Alt+F4 is "Cancel and close" (i.e. don't send) but this form behavior is same as "Send".

Send is default action. This is by design.

May be, You should change this design ?

In many dialog in Windows "OK" button is default, but Alt+F4 always has behavior as "Cancel without action".

Or it may be optional - You may add checkbox in EL options and flag in RTL.
