Apparently the "Attached files" option on the Send Options page is case sentitive.
I had it set to "%CD%\hardware.txt", and I was about to post a thread about this option not working, when I tried changing it to "%CD%\Hardware.txt" to reflect the caseness of the actual file, and then it worked.
Under Windows, I think this should be case-sensitiveless.
