View Full Version : Incorrect email contents

Hi

I have a strange problem, when I recieve an email with information about an error. The attached screenshot is correct but the contents of the email (the error description) is wrong. It is the description of an earlier error. Yesterday (7 Mar 2006) I got an email from eurekalog dated 8 Aug 2005 :confused:

When I look into the .elf file I can see the correct error description, and it corresponds with the time where I received the email.

Any suggestions ?

I am using Eurekalog 5.0.6, but the email says 5.0.1

Oh, btw. My applications are only run inhouse.

Try to do this:

1)...Close all opened Delphi/CBuilder instances;
2)...Deinstall all installed EurekaLog versions;
3)...Remove all folders containing the ExceptionLog.* or
?ExceptionExpert.* files;
4)...download and install the last EurekaLog 5.1.3 version;
5)...restart your PC.

I'm waiting to your feedback as soon as possible, ok? :)

I Will try that ASAP.

But I will have to wait for an error to arise, and when that happens is hard to tell :rolleyes:

OHHHHH it is realy embarasing :o

I have found the "bug", it was a colleague of mine that in the best meaning had activated the option "Send entire log".....

And I didn't notice the rather long email, where the correct information stood at the end.... :)

So no bug found, other than in our settings ;)
