Problem with "send report" checkbox

why its just half-window size??? i cant write full 'send report' text on my language

(and how i can align error message text by left side (not in center)?)

Unfortunately, default error dialog doesn't allow this sort of customization.

However, you can use your own error dialog, where you can do anything. See this example (http://news.eurekalog.com/showpost.php?p=9718&postcount=10).
