AV with EurekaLog-DLL

[Pascal]

EurekaLog 5.1.3 doesn't recognize nxShareMem as a MemoryManager and puts
itself on the first position in the .dpr. This results in an AV when the DLL
is unloaded (FreeLibrary). Changing the order helps.

I have just added it native support.
It will be available from the next 5.1.4 version! ;)
