Asked a question there more than 2 days ago, and no reaction so far. Is it the right place to ask questions?

I am actually now at the point of switching to "the other system" due
to the complete silence from Eurekalog company. I am trying to get
things together for release, and as the system works now, EL simply
doesn't work for me. Switching isn't too hard to do, and madExcept
seems to do a much better job.

Hello ,
My Question in the bugreports news group remains now unanswered for 10 days.
That is not really a good support. Before it was much better. So what
happened?
Sincerely
Peter

Hi,
We was really busy with preparing a EurekaLog 7 beta, which should be released this week.
I've answered on all questions and things should be back to normal from now.
