Application hangs at termination

Hello

I have now a effect! When i terminate my application, the programm releas the most of his memory, but a small ammount ~25kB still remains.

The Programm still running! (You may meen its freezed)

I have found out, that when i disable the Option "Cach Memory Leaks" it terminates well.

I uses EL in all my projects, but in a few projekts the problem affects!

I use D2010+Update 4 and EL 6.1.04

May somebody can give me a hint.

I don't think i can make a little demo, because this happens at only 3 project!

At the other 40 project it doesnt happend! May i can give you an access to my computer over teamviewer!?
