Anti-Tamper Measures

I think it would be a useful idea to have either a means of encrypting (or zipping with password) the entire .elf file or adding an automatic checksum so I can be sure that the file hasn't been tampered with.

At present I do my own checksum but it's only for the custom data I include and of course I have to check it manually.
