Web send and "attach log to message"

Hello Fabio,

when i use Web Send instead Email, "Append logs in message text" is
active and affect sending elf file also when totally disabled.

I think that when using Web Send we have to send elf file every time or
put this option near to send xml log's copy.

In case i will explain better in italian ;-)
