Catasrophic Failure with D2005 and VLC.Net

If I have EurekaLog 5.01 installed and try to open a new VCL.NET app, I get several Catasrophic Failures and have to use task manager to kill Delphi. This has happend on several test machines. If I remove EurekaLog there is no problem....
