No attachments

I've just purchased EurekaLog and I am trying to integrate it in my project. However, no matter what send option is checked (either Send using Email client or Send with SMTP client) no screenshot, nor log file is attached to the message, although both options are selected. What could cause this?

Check if the "Project/EurekaLog Options/Log File/Do not save duplicate
error" option is enabled.
