Sometimes I receive notifications from unknown customers. I would like that in the Request screen, where customer enters the steps, optionally they can enter their e-mail. Some errors cannot be resolved if I cannot contact with them and ask for a database copy (for example).
The e-mail could be saved in the user registry system, so user only would need to enter it once.
