Load and save current options

Is ist possible to load the EurekaLog options at runtime? so i can activate/deactivate or set some propertys without recompile the application. On the Advanced-Tab i can save the current options - how can i load and aktivate it at runtime?

Is now possible from the 6.0 version. :)
