Hi,

it seems that my Viewer database is damaged
i tried to delete all the bugs in the database (using the option in the
viewer)
and then tried to import a file that i took from my client that contain
both logs that was created with Eureka Ver 5 and Ver 6

i got the error message "Wrong file format"
and i can't seem to load or see any ELF file

is there a way to reset the database ?

Yours
Yaron.

Just delete
<EUREKALOG_INSTALL_DIR>/Eurekalog_Viewer/Eurekalog_Viewer_Database.dat,
and you should be fine.

I seam to be having the same problem today. I was troubleshooting another issue when I started getting the "Wrong file format." error when opening the elf file. I am running v5.1.12 Pro and I even tried un/installing but it doesn't correct the issue.

I am able to open older elf files, just not newly created ones. Did you get the issue figured out?

Happened to me as well.

While I have no confidence any errors I report will actually be responded to here, I am attaching an ELF which causes the viewer database to become permantly corrupted.

Any plans to fix this? I provided a reproducable sample.
