No request screen when no internet send

First, I'm a happy registered user.
Thanks for this great tool.

Here is the way I use EurekaLog:
I use the option to send the bug over the internet, the checked box is disabled by default.
I also want to have more details and I've activated the option to request additionnal information from the user.

Problem description: When I keep the checkbox "send to internet" not checked, Eurekalog is even asking for additionnal information.
I know the elf file is created with this info but as I'll never read it, it would be better not to ask the user for additional info if the report won't be sent.

My request: If "send to internet" is displayed but not checked, don't show the Request windows for typing additionnal info.

If you don't understand what I mean, I can complete this desc. with more details.

I agree with you but 99% (maybe more) of people that doesn't choose to send the report immedialty won't send it at all.
